Why get a professional flooring estimate?

Accuracy has a big impact. Scheduling a free in-home estimate for your new flooring is a smart decision that will save you time and money.  One of the most common mistakes that homeowners make when beginning their flooring project is miscalculating the amount of flooring and floor prep supplies needed for installation.   With accurate measurement, you will spend less money on your project.  Underestimating means re-orders, more calls, and shipments. Overestimating means extra material for the landfill. Our on-site Professional Estimators have the tools and experience to give you an exact quote on your project.

You do not want to be surprised in a remodel. During your free on-site estimate, our flooring professional will also assess the necessary floor prep or floor repair needed to properly install your floors.  What type of underlayment, if any, is needed? Is there prior moisture damage? Any hidden rot? What to do to fix an unlevel subfloor? Are any repairs needed to your subfloor? These are important considerations as your flooring will not perform as expected without a healthy foundation. Our Professional Estimator will provide the subfloor evaluation upfront, so you know the true cost of your project.  Many times product warranties will be voided due to these costly errors. Our Pros will not overlook these common mistakes.
